Job summary

Cogneesol in Mohali, India invites an experienced Keka HRMS Implementation Consultant for a project-based, on-site engagement. You will set up the system from scratch across Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Hiring and Performance modules, translating HR processes into precise configurations.

Lead end-to-end HRMS onboarding, manage data migration, configure payroll/attendance policies, map organization hierarchy, and train HR teams for go-live success. Previous 1000+ employee deployments preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing HRMS for 1000+ employee organizations.
• Hands-on experience configuring payroll and attendance systems.
• Experience managing end-to-end HRMS onboarding and implementation.
