Job summary

CORE EHS is seeking an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT engineering roles in Surat. You will call and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with site managers while maintaining candidate records.

The role emphasizes strong verbal communication, excellent coordination, and reliable reporting. Immediate joiners willing to relocate to Surat are preferred; long-term commitment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Long-term career growth with the organisation; minimum 3-year commitment
• Willing to relocate to Surat and join immediately if selected
• Experience with bulk hiring and coordinating interviews with multiple internal teams
• Daily calling targets: 80-120 calls/day and 250-300 minutes/day

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for NON-IT Engineering profiles.
• Call and screen candidates through telephonic interaction based on given job descriptions from internal database, job portals & references
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams and site managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database in HR software.
• Follow up with candidates for joining confirmation and onboarding formalities.
• Support the HR coordination team for joining documentation and employee records.
• Achieve daily calling and closure targets assigned by the department.
• Represent the organization professionally during every candidate interaction.
• Handling bulk hiring requirements
• Maintaining daily call targets (80-120 calls/day, avg. 250 to 300 Minutes Day)
• Coordinating with internal team for interview and selection updates

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and confidence in phone interaction.
• Ability to explain job roles clearly and professionally.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer service, or call center roles will be an advantage.
