TalentPad, a Delhi-based online recruitment platform, is seeking a Manager - AVP Operations for a VC-funded startup. You will lead the operations team, drive customer happiness for both employers and job seekers, and build scalable processes to support rapid growth.

The role focuses on owning end-to-end operations, improving metrics, and ensuring flawless execution within a fast-paced startup environment in Delhi.

Qualifications

JD: Manager - AVP Operations (VC Funded Startup, Delhi, 1-5yrs)

Responsibilities:

Started in Feb 2014, Delhi-based TalentPad is an online marketplace for high quality talent, operating in the large online recruitment market in India. Started by three IIT alumni, it’s a second generation platform which plans to flip the current recruitment process on it’s head. It gives more power to the job-seekers and lets employers make the first move in search for high quality talent.
