Job summary

Acme Services in Mumbai (Andheri) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage non-IT recruiting. You will source candidates, screen them, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

You will maintain candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely feedback to candidates and clients. Prior experience in non-IT recruitment, knowledge of portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, and strong coordination will help you succeed in a dynamic Mumbai setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong sourcing & candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri & LinkedIn.
• Strong follow-up, coordination & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
