Job summary

Kody Equipments is seeking an HR professional to manage day-to-day HR activities and maintain accurate employee records. You will handle recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth attendance, leave management, and thorough documentation.

You will coordinate with staff and management, support payroll and related HR activities, and help maintain a positive and professional work environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Prior HR experience preferred.
