• Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance management.
• Process monthly payroll and calculate incentives; maintain attendance and statutory deductions.
• Support regulatory audits and ensure confidentiality of data.
• Plan engagement activities to improve retention in high-pressure sales environments.

1Job Title: Human Resources Executive (HR Executive)

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will manage recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations for a stock broking firm. The role requires understanding of financial services hiring, regulatory compliance, and performance-driven culture within the broking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Hire Relationship Managers, Dealers, Sales Executives, Compliance Officers, and Back-office staff.
• Source candidates with NISM certifications and capital market experience.
• Coordinate interviews with business heads and manage offer rollouts.
• Conduct background verification (especially for finance roles).

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Manage onboarding process and induction for new hires.
• Ensure completion of KYC, regulatory, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain employee files as per SEBI and exchange requirements.

3. Employee Relations

• Address employee queries and grievances.
• Maintain positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management processes.

4. Payroll & Incentive Management

• Process monthly payroll in coordination with accounts.
• Calculate performance-based incentives for dealers and sales teams.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).

5. Compliance & Regulatory Support

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
• Support regulatory audits and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and client-sensitive data.

6. Performance & Employee Engagement

• Assist in setting KPIs for sales and dealing teams.
• Support performance appraisal cycles.
• Plan engagement activities to improve retention in high-pressure sales environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in HR, MBA (HR preferred).
• 24 years of HR experience (preferably in financial services, NBFC, or broking industry).
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and capital market operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of incentive structures and sales-driven environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
