Job summary

Grooming Gurukul in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for clients in the Retail and B2B Jewellery industry. You will source candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews.

You will maintain a strong talent pipeline, support HR operations, onboarding, and training coordination, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires integrity, ownership, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, with a primary focus on the Retail and B2B Jewellery Industry.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client organizations.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for frequently hired positions.
• Follow up with candidates through selection, offer, joining and onboarding stages.
• Build and continuously update a strong industry-specific candidate database.

HR & Business Operations

• Support the Founder in managing day-to-day business and HR operations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential databases of clients, candidates, employees, trainers and business leads.
• Track recruitment mandates, candidate status, client requirements and closures.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports, trackers, recruitment updates and operational reports.
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of assigned tasks.
• Support documentation, onboarding, HR processes and operational SOPs.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate professionally with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective sourcing plans.
• Maintain systematic records of client interactions and requirements.
• Build professional relationships with HR teams, business owners and candidates.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, candidate information and company data.

Training & Employee Development

• Support and conduct basic HR, onboarding, workplace etiquette and employee development training for staff.
• Assist in coordinating Grooming Gurukul's corporate and jewellery-industry training programs.
• Support preparation of training materials, assessments, attendance records and post-training reports.
• Demonstrate confidence in facilitating small-group training and employee orientation sessions.
