Sound & Vision Studios Pvt. Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities across assigned teams.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR Management or Psychology and has 1+ years of HR experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to drive training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR or related field; freshers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and resources.
• Work with the HR team and HOD’s to understand talent development roadblocks
• Build the training plan for each team and execute it. This includes content development & execution.
• Facilitate performance reviews for assigned locations.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment

About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR with experience in handling the employee

life cycle and is familiar with relevant laws and regulations. Our ideal candidate is someone with

a background in Psychology and is keenly interested in building a career in training & organisation

development.
