Job summary

Identifies qualified candidates by coordinating resume screening, preparing interview documentation, and conducting reference checks.

• -Reviews and responds to incoming resumes appropriately.
• -Shares shortlisted candidate profiles with HR Consultants and hotel management based on position requirements.
• -Conducts initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• -Provides administrative assistance throughout the recruitment process.
• -Coordinates interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• -Keeps candidates informed regarding the progress of the selection process.
• -Prepares and issues offer letters to selected candidates.
• -Manages end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned non-exempt positions.
• -Screens, evaluates, and recommend suitable candidates for employment.
• -Extends job offers to selected applicants.
• -Prepares and maintains up-to-date recruitment status reports.
• -Maintains accurate records and statistics of open and filled positions.
• -Monitors and summarizes recruitment-related costs when required.
