Job summary

Gratitude India is seeking a Delivery Leadership professional to oversee end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes, ensuring service levels, targets, quality standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires German language proficiency (B2/C1) and experience in BPS Service Operations reporting, including contract management and SLA reporting; HRO background is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management and SLA reporting as part of Service Operations.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance with SLAs.
