Job summary

Quess IT Solutions in Bengaluru invites a Senior HR Operations Specialist with 8+ years of experience for a hybrid role (3 days/week in office). You will lead process management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen HR operations.

The ideal candidate will manage employee queries, MIS reporting, insurance administration, Probity/BGV, attendance, car lease, risk liaison, policy reviews, SOPs, and use AI-enabled tools for analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR operations experience in a corporate setup.
• Hands-on in process management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient with ServiceNow HRSD and Workday for HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and case management with timely resolution.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership.
• Manage employee insurance administration and related workflows.
• Oversee Probity/BGV processes and related compliance.
• Administer attendance/overtime and car lease programs.
• Support risk liaison activities and internal audits.
• Review HR policies, SOPs and FAQs; update as required.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools for data analysis and reporting.
