Job summary

Agvantex in Pune is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business and functional teams. You will partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational development, and manage onboarding, engagement, performance management and retention.

You will handle employee relations, grievances and policy implementation, while coordinating recruitment with Talent Acquisition and analyzing HR metrics to deliver actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in agriculture-related industry.
• Strong HRBP practices, employee engagement and performance management.

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, performance management and retention.
  
• Handle employee relations, grievances and HR policy implementation.
  
• Support recruitment and manpower planning in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.
  
• Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
  
• Work closely with sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D and corporate functions.
  

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
  
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Agri Input, Fertilizer, Seeds, Biological, Crop Protection or related agriculture industry.
  
• Strong understanding of HRBP practices, employee engagement and performance management.
  
• Good communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and interact with senior management.
  

Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
