Job summary

Qualifications

• Ensure 7–12 years of experience in HR/IR in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations and labour law compliance.
• Experience handling grievances, unions, and contractor workforce.
• Ability to lead HR operations and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and industrial relations at the plant/organisation.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workforce issues.
• Manage relations with workers, unions, contractors, and employee representatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee attendance, manpower planning, payroll inputs, and records.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
• Handle labour contractors and contract workforce management.
• Support negotiations and settlements related to industrial disputes.
• Maintain HR/IR documentation, registers, notices, and statutory records.
• Partner with senior management to develop HR policies and practices.
