Job summary

Welcare Hospital in Vadodara is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate our housekeeping team, ensuring patient-care areas are maintained to the highest standards.

You will supervise daily duties, ensure cleanliness across patient rooms, wards, OPDs, OTs, ICUs, washrooms and common areas, conduct rounds and audits, enforce infection control and train staff on housekeeping protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Strong understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control standards.
• Ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
