Job summary

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, train, and motivate housekeeping and laundry teams, and manage schedules and performance.
• Candidates should possess Housekeeping expertise, including room inspection, cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including handling linens, stain removal basics, and ensuring timely, high-quality laundry operations.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues, resolve issues, and provide clear instructions.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or vacation rentals is highly beneficial; prior supervisory experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in North Goa in a hybrid arrangement, manage multiple properties, and adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, inventory tracking, and coordination; familiarity with housekeeping management systems is an advantage.
• Formal training or certification in hospitality management or housekeeping is a plus, along with a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Candidates must know how to resolve guest issues and find reasonable solutions to the guest to fix guest issues.

Role Description
