Union Living in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping operations across our Mumbai properties, based out of BKC with regular visits to multiple sites.

The role requires 2–3 years in a supervisor role, managing teams, schedules, cleanliness standards and deep-cleaning plans, with travel across properties.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hotel/hospitality.
• Experience in managing housekeeping teams and schedules.

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff across Mumbai properties.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and duty rosters.
• Ensure daily cleaning activities are completed as per the required standards and timelines.
• Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning schedules across properties.
• Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, productivity and task completion.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and overall property standards.
• Ensure proper grooming, discipline and presentation of the housekeeping team.
• Coordinate with property and operations teams to address housekeeping requirements and concerns.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and available when required.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and processes.
