Role Description

The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented guest rooms and public areas while delivering courteous and efficient service. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and tidying rooms and bathrooms, replenishing amenities and linens, and ensuring all housekeeping standards and hygiene protocols are followed. The role involves responding promptly to guest requests, handling basic guest queries related to housekeeping, and coordinating with the front office and maintenance teams to address any room issues. The associate will also assist with room inspections, inventory of cleaning supplies, and adherence to safety procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bhiwadi in Haryana, India.
