Job summary

Essentia Luxury Hotel Indore is seeking a Senior Housekeeping Associate for a full-time, on-site role. You will supervise and perform daily housekeeping tasks, maintaining guest rooms, corridors and public areas to exacting standards.

You will monitor supplies, linen quality and equipment, report maintenance issues promptly, and guide staff while helping train new team members. Collaboration with front office and other departments is essential to meet guest needs and uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations including room cleaning procedures, public areas maintenance, and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Experience supervising or leading housekeeping staff with ability to delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Ability to enforce health, safety and hygiene standards including linens handling, waste disposal and infection control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, team members, and other departments.
• High attention to detail, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple rooms and tasks.
• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in luxury or upscale property; senior/supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
• Basic education; vocational training in hospitality or housekeeping is an added benefit.
