Job summary

Accor’s Chennai hotel is seeking a highly organized Housekeeping Executive to lead and optimize cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational standards across all areas.

You will train staff, manage inventories and budgets, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Certification in Housekeeping Management (preferred).
• 3-5 years of housekeeping management experience (hotel setting).
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
• Proficient in hospitality software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office suite
