Job summary

Hyatt Centric Whitefield Bangalore is seeking a diligent Attendant to uphold brand room standards and support other departments. You will respond to audit results, verify room status, and ensure accurate reporting and billing for in-room services.

The role involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms, replenishing items, handling defects and losses, and maintaining cleanliness of corridors and back areas, with on-site duties in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduation is required.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Checks and verifies room status report.
• Records and completes the Attendant's Verification Report accurately.
• Checks and replenishes Executive Bar. Raises bills for consumed Executive Bar items.
• Reports room defects.
• Reports lost and damaged items.
• Cleans and make-up guest rooms.
• Empties soiled linen.
• Cleans and tidies pantry and toilet.
• Maintains the cleanliness of corridors and surrounding back areas.
• Cleans and packs the trolley.
• Checks, cleans and maintains operating equipment including department golf carts.
• Changes light bulbs in room.
• Refreshes flowers set in guestroom.
• Provides night turndown service.
• Updates room status via telephone interface system.
