MIRA Wellness Club in central Chennai opens in early 2027 and aims to offer members a hotel-like experience with coaching, recovery and in-house care. We seek a meticulous housekeeper to maintain spotless floors, changing rooms, showers and lounges across all areas, to the club's exacting standard.

You will follow a written checklist, restock supplies, wipe equipment between uses and report hazards promptly. Freshers welcome; paid monthly with bonus and profit sharing.

Competenze

• 1 or more years of housekeeping in a hotel or hospital is preferred. Freshers will be trained.

MIRA Wellness Club is a members-only wellness club opening in central Chennai in early 2027. Members get coached strength and conditioning training, in-house physiotherapy, a partner nutritionist and a café. There are separate recovery floors for women and men, each with a sauna and cold plunges.

Our members are busy professionals who want training, recovery and health care in one place. The service standard is closer to a fine hotel than a gym. Chennai is our first club. We plan to open in more Indian cities over the coming years.

The role

You keep every floor of the club spotless: changing rooms, showers, the training floors and the lounge. Our standard is a fine hotel, and members notice every detail.

What you will do

• Clean your floors to a written checklist through your shift.
• Keep towels, toiletries and supplies stocked.
• Wipe down training equipment between uses.
• Report anything broken or unsafe straight away.

Who we are looking for

• 1 or more years of housekeeping in a hotel or hospital is preferred. Freshers will be trained.
• Careful, reliable and quiet around members.

Pay

• Monthly pay ₹20K to ₹26K (cost to company), depending on experience.
• Performance bonus Tied to cleanliness audits and member feedback.
