MIRA Wellness Club in central Chennai opens in early 2027. You are the first point of contact, answering questions, showing facilities and helping prospective members join. This is a hospitality role not a hard sell.

Before opening you will handle waitlist enquiries and arrange visits; after opening you will conduct tours, explain memberships and manage joining paperwork while keeping enquiry records up to date.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel sales, club memberships, luxury retail or similar guest-facing role.
• Warm, patient and well presented.
• Comfortable talking to senior professionals and business owners.

MIRA Wellness Club is a members-only wellness club opening in central Chennai in early 2027. Members get coached strength and conditioning training, in-house physiotherapy, a partner nutritionist and a café. There are separate recovery floors for women and men, each with a sauna and cold plunges.

Our members are busy professionals who want training, recovery and health care in one place. The service standard is closer to a fine hotel than a gym. Chennai is our first club. We plan to open in more Indian cities over the coming years.

The role

You are the first conversation a future member has with MIRA. You answer their questions, show them around and help them join. This is a hospitality role. We do not hard-sell, and you will not be asked to.

Pay

• Monthly pay ₹38K to ₹64K (cost to company), depending on experience.
• Performance bonus Tied to member feedback, new members joining and members staying.
