Job summary

MonetizeX is seeking a hotel revenue manager to drive earnings for a portfolio of 8-12 properties across India. You will design pricing strategies, optimize OTA presence, and deliver measurable revenue improvements while working fully remotely.

You will generate regular reports, perform competitive analysis, and collaborate with marketing on promotions and direct-booking initiatives to accelerate growth in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hotel revenue or OTA management experience.
• Strong RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and yield management knowledge.
• Experience with OTA extranets (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Requirements
