The International School of Management is seeking a dedicated and responsible Girls Hostel Warden to oversee day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel and ensure a safe, supportive living environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience in student welfare, and be willing to reside on campus to manage discipline, confidentiality, and planned activities while coordinating with housekeeping and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a hostel warden in girls' hostel in an educational institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage conflicts and handle sensitive issues with maturity and confidentiality.
• Willing to reside in the hostel premises (residential position).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily hostel operations.

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure standards are maintained.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a respectful, inclusive environment for all students.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
