• Keep records of student movement, leave, and visitors.

• Monitor housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of hostel facilities.
• Ensure uninterrupted water, electricity, and other essential services.
• Supervise the quality and hygiene of food served in the hostel mess.
• Address complaints related to hostel facilities and food services.
• Counsel students on personal, academic, and behavioral issues.
• Resolve disputes and maintain a peaceful hostel environment.
• Handle emergencies such as medical issues, accidents, and fire incidents.
• Coordinate with security personnel to ensure campus safety.
• Inform parents and management about serious disciplinary or medical issues.
• Maintain hostel inventory, furniture, and other assets.
• Prevent damage or misuse of hostel property.
