• Monitor entry and exit of students and maintain attendance records.
• Address and resolve student concerns, complaints, and conflicts promptly.
• Coordinate with management regarding maintenance, housekeeping, and security requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
• Ensure proper implementation of hostel policies and guidelines.
• Maintain records related to occupancy, visitors, and incidents.
• Organize meetings or activities to promote a positive living environment.
• Handle emergency situations and report incidents to higher authorities.
