Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and industry-oriented Hospitality Trainer to join Emversity and contribute to the development of future hospitality professionals.

The role involves delivering engaging classroom and practical training to students across core hospitality areas, including Food & Beverage Service, Food Production, Front Office, Housekeeping, Hospitality Operations, Guest Relations, and related subjects .

The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality industry knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate practical industry experience into effective classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and industry-oriented training sessions to students across hospitality-related subjects.
• Conduct both theoretical and practical training aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
• Train students on key hospitality functions such as Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Food Production, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Hospitality Operations .
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, activities, and practical exercises.
• Use real-world hospitality examples and industry practices to enhance students' understanding.
• Conduct demonstrations, role plays, simulations, practical sessions, and skill-based activities.
• Assess students through assignments, practical evaluations, tests, presentations, and other assessments.
• Provide regular feedback to students and support them in improving their technical and soft skills.
• Maintain student attendance, performance records, assessment data, and other academic documentation.
• Mentor students and prepare them for internships, apprenticeships, interviews, and employment opportunities.
• Support students in developing professional etiquette, grooming, communication, guest-handling, and workplace-readiness skills.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of the training programme.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuously update training content based on current hospitality industry practices.
• Organise industry interactions, guest lectures, workshops, demonstrations, and other experiential learning activities.
• Ensure students receive adequate practical exposure and are prepared to meet industry standards.

Candidates with experience in reputed hotels, hospitality brands, restaurants, resorts, airlines, cruise hospitality, or hospitality education/training institutions will be preferred.
