Role Description

The Hospitality Trainer will deliver classroom and practical training sessions to students at the Raipur center, focusing on hospitality standards, front office procedures, food and beverage service, and customer service excellence. This full-time, on-site role involves designing lesson plans, preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills and confidence. The trainer will demonstrate hospitality best practices, role-play service scenarios, and guide students on professional etiquette and communication. The role also includes coordinating with academic leadership to align training with industry requirements, maintaining training records, and supporting student placement readiness through mock interviews and soft skills coaching.
