What You’ll Work On

You will lead the design and implementation of hotel connectivity integrations across PMSs, Channel Managers, OTAs, and related hospitality systems.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to create a scalable integration framework that supports multiple hotel technology providers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations with Hotel PMS platforms.
• Build connectivity with Channel Managers and OTA partners.
• Integrate reservation, inventory, room availability, rates, and booking workflows.
• Work with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML feeds, webhooks, and third-party SDKs.
• Define scalable architecture for future hospitality integrations.
• Troubleshoot synchronization and connectivity issues.
• Guide internal engineering teams on best practices and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with product teams to define integration roadmaps.

Required Experience

• 2+ years experience in hospitality technology, travel technology, or connectivity products.
• Hands-on experience integrating PMS, Channel Manager, CRS, Booking Engine, or OTA systems.
• Strong understanding of hotel inventory, room mapping, reservations, rates, and availability management.
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, XML, SOAP, and REST services.
• Ability to independently own and deliver integration projects.
