Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, training, and optimizing organizational processes. Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee relations matters.
