Role & responsibilities
- Oversee routine maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, fire systems).
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
- Monitor housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

2. Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage third-party service providers (security, housekeeping, technical services).
- Ensure vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local laws, fire safety norms, and building regulations.
- Conduct safety drills and emergency preparedness training.
- Maintain statutory records and licenses.
- Implement health & safety policies.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage the facility budget.
- Track operational expenses and optimize costs.
- Approve and monitor procurement of materials and services.
5. Event Strategy & Execution
- Planning and execution of large-scale corporate events, client engagements, and internal employee engagement programs
- Ensure seamless event delivery from concept to closure, optimizing cost in the planned budgeting, logistics, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Implement all checks and deliver high standards of brand representation and experience
6. Hospitality & Workplace Experience
- Design and implement a best-in-class workplace and hospitality experience
- Oversee front office, guest relations, catering, and housekeeping functions
- Drive service quality, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction initiatives
7. Utilities & Energy Management
- Monitor electricity, water, and other utilities consumption.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with utility providers.
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of maintenance, incidents, and compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Facilities Management, Hotel management or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in Hospitality management are an advantage.
Experience
- 710 years of experience in facility, hotel management or hospitality management.
- Experience in real estate projects (residential/commercial) preferred.
