GetixHealth, LLC is seeking a Medical Billing AR Representative to manage and resolve outstanding insurance and patient accounts receivable. You will analyze unpaid claims, communicate with insurers, appeal denials, and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare services.

Key duties include follow-up with carriers, investigating denials, submitting corrected claims, and posting follow-up notes with accurate documentation. Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3+ years in Medical Billing AR is desired.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Experience with denial management and appeals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software; EPIC an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance carriers via phone, payer portals, and correspondence regarding claim status.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, underpayments, and payment delays.
