Job summary

ARStrat LLC in Bengaluru seeks a Medical Billing AR Representative to manage and resolve outstanding insurance and patient accounts receivable. You will follow up on claims, address denials, and submit corrected bills with documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in medical billing AR follow-up, knowledge of ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS, and strong communication skills. EPIC familiarity is a bonus and on-site work at Embassy Tech Village, Bellandur.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Experience with denial management and appeals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software; EPIC will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance carriers via phone, payer portals, and correspondence regarding claim status.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, underpayments, and payment delays.
• Submit corrected claims and appeals with supporting documentation.
• Verify claim processing accuracy based on payer guidelines and contracts.
• Post follow-up notes and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Identify root causes of denials and recommend corrective actions.
