Job summary

Ascent Business Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced AR Caller for US hospital billing. You will perform timely follow-ups on insurance claims, handle denials, and secure reimbursements using EPIC PMS.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of US hospital billing AR calling, strong knowledge of denial management, payer rules (Medicare/Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna), and HIPAA compliance. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Hospital Billing AR Calling.
• Hands-on experience with EPIC PMS is mandatory.
• Experience in Inpatient and/or Outpatient Hospital Billing.
• Strong understanding of Denial Management, Appeals/Reconsiderations, Insurance Verification, Claim Status Follow-up, and Payment Posting concepts.
• Knowledge of US payers (Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Humana, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AR Callers with hands-on experience in US Hospital Billing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, denial management, insurance follow-up, and must have worked on the EPIC Practice Management System (PMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform timely follow-up on outstanding insurance claims for US hospital billing accounts.
