ARStrat LLC in Bengaluru is hiring a Physician Billing - Medical Billing AR Representative to manage and resolve outstanding insurance and patient accounts receivable for physician practices.

You will follow up with insurance carriers, investigate denials, submit corrected claims and appeals, and ensure timely reimbursement according to payer guidelines. Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and proficiency in Excel are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3+ years in Medical Billing AR Follow-up; physician billing experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance carriers via phone, payer portals, and correspondence regarding claim status.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, underpayments, and payment delays.
• Submit corrected claims and appeals with supporting documentation.
• Verify claim processing accuracy based on payer guidelines and contracts.

Job Summary

The Medical Billing AR Representative is responsible for managing and resolving outstanding insurance and patient accounts receivable. The role involves analyzing unpaid claims, communicating with insurance companies, appealing denied claims, identifying payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
