Job summary

Ugaoo, India's leading gardening brand, is hiring for a Customer Sales Associate in Bengaluru. You will demonstrate and provide information on Ugaoo products to customers, and help create a positive image to encourage purchases.

You will understand customer needs, identify requirements, set up product booths/promotional stands, and report daily sales to the City Head. This role offers hands-on product exposure in a growing D2C business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanour.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Ability to upsell and suggest relevant products.
