Job summary

Ugaoo is recruiting a Horticulture Sales Associate for its Baner retail team. The ideal candidate will guide customers, suggest plants and gardening products, and share expert plant-care advice to enhance the customer experience.

Mandatory B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture with strong plant knowledge and excellent communication. Retail environment experience and willingness to work in rotational shifts are expected.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting plants, pots, and gardening products based on their needs and environment.
• Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, watering schedules, fertilization, and pest management.
• Educate customers about various plant species and gardening techniques to enhance their gardening experience.
• Ensure plant health and upkeep within the store by monitoring watering, pruning, and general maintenance requirements.
• Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive and informative plant displays.
• Assist customers with queries and provide a seamless in-store experience.
• Stay updated on new products, plant varieties, and gardening trends.

Role : Horticulture Sales Associate

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Horticulture Advisor to join our retail team in Baner. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of plants and gardening practices and enjoy interacting with customers to provide expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting plants, pots, and gardening products based on their needs and environment.
• Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, watering schedules, fertilization, and pest management.
