Job summary

Ugaoo Agritech Pvt Ltd is seeking a customer-focused retail associate for its Gurgaon store. The role involves guiding customers on plant choices, offering care advice, and ensuring delightful in-store experiences in a dynamic, plant-loving environment.

You will help customers with product selections, stay updated on new plant varieties, and participate in weekly shift rotations to meet store needs. Strong communication and passion for gardening are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plants and gardening practices.
• Experience advising customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to rotate shifts and work weekly offs.

• Guide customers in selecting plants, pots, and gardening products based on needs and environment.

• Ensure plant health and upkeep within the store by monitoring watering and pruning.
• Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive and informative plant displays.

Key Responsibilities
