Ugaoo, India's leading gardening brand, is hiring for Customer Sales Associates. We operate D2C channels with stores in Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru, and a strong online presence.

You will engage customers, provide product information, and help drive purchases across our plant, seed, and gardening product lines. Join a growing brand and represent our range of live plants, seeds, pots, and gardening essentials.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate and provide information on Ugaoo products to customers.
• Create a positive image to encourage purchases.
• Understand customer needs and identify their requirements.
• Set up and manage product booths/promotional stands.
• Report daily sales to the City Head.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and explain product details for informed purchasing.
• Assist customers with purchases and promote Ugaoo products.
• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable plantings or products.
