Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting plants, pots, and gardening products.
• Provide expert advice on plant care, watering, fertilization, and pest management.
• Educate customers about plant species and gardening techniques to enhance their gardening experience.
• Ensure plant health and upkeep within the store by monitoring watering, pruning, and general maintenance requirements.
• Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive and informative plant displays.
• Assist customers with queries and provide a seamless in-store experience.
• Stay updated on new products, plant varieties, and gardening trends.
• Strong knowledge of plants, gardening practices, and plant care.
