Job summary

Rico in Mumbai is seeking a qualified R&D Technician to renovate and repair returns for our range of home and kitchen appliances at the Mumbai head office (Khar Road). You will ensure timely, accurate repairs and document all repair activities, including parts used.

The role offers hands-on growth, opportunities to learn about other products in our home & kitchen line, and a chance to contribute to process improvements in repairs.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics or Electrical required.
• 1-2 years experience in Home & Kitchen Appliances industry is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Renovate and repair market returns from online and local markets for home & kitchen appliances (e.g., mixer grinders, iron, ceiling fans, induction cookers, emergency lights).
• Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Document all repair activities, including parts used for repairing.
