Job Summary HMI Developer

Karnex Software Solutions is looking for an experienced HMI Developer with 810 years of experience, including strong experience in Automotive Embedded Systems and Instrument Cluster HMI development. The candidate will be responsible for HMI development, integration, testing, debugging, and release activities.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Development & Testing activities of HMI in Cluster project.

• Self-instructed realization of complex embedded (real-time) designs development tasks including concept, implementation, review, integration, test and release in co-ordination with the respective superior.


• To be able to execute development activities, compliance to the customer requirements.


• Facilitate and actively participate in quality meetings to ensure compliance with standards and project objectives.


• Requirements analysis, Design, development, integration and testing of development product.


• Ensuring the functionality of Instrument panel cluster conforms to the customer specification by respecting the Software development process and methodology (CMMI/ASPICE).


• Apply AUTOSAR standards and methodologies in the development process.


• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions.


• Strong knowledge on QML,C++ & C

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Automotive Embedded electronic Products preferably Cluster (HMI Development with Qt lite)


• Good knowledge of RTOS Concepts(Concurrent Programming, multithreading Programming, IPC and kernal knowledge)Exposure to full Software development life cycle.


• Should have strong programming skills in C++, C
