Job description

We are looking for a skilled Instrument Cluster Software Developer with 3–14 years of experience in embedded systems and automotive software development. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of next‑generation automotive instrument clusters, focusing on display, graphics, low‑level development, and AUTOSAR‑based systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate instrument cluster software for automotive applications.
  • Work on display software development, including TFT/LCD integration and graphics/UI implementation.
  • Design and implement embedded software using Embedded C in real‑time environments.
  • Develop and maintain low‑level drivers and perform MCU interfacing.
  • Perform microcontroller‑based development using Infineon AURIX and NXP controllers.
  • Integrate and configure AUTOSAR components.
  • Implement and support communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and UDS diagnostics.
  • Manage memory systems, including EEPROM, Flash, and NVM handling.
  • Develop and integrate bootloaders.
  • Work with RTOS, including task scheduling and handling.
  • Support hardware bring‑up and work closely with MCU peripherals.
  • Perform debugging and troubleshooting using tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, Lauterbach, and oscilloscopes.
  • Ensure adherence to functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
