Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to drive localization of global products in India, oversee product development and customization, and provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years experience in product development and/or technical support (3–4 years leading a team of 4–5 technocrats).
• Master’s degree in Engineering is an added advantage.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Drive need based localization of global products by working with various local and global stakeholders.
• Need based product development /upgrades.
• Render pre sales application support for IND business.
• Modify/implement robust processes for review of product customization requests and ensure complete, error free, timely and well documented solution design.
• Support business teams with pre sales discussions (especially for customized solutions).
• Support business/service team with need based post sales technical support.
• Work with vendors and purchase team for selection of optimal components.
• Support factory/QC for assembly and testing of customized solutions.
• Robust project management - Update/maintain project tracker dashboard with individual project details and status.
• Regularly report on progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Research, evaluate feasibility and develop ideas for localization of global products and processes.
• Lead material management MDM function. Work with SAP team for process improvements.
• Research latest trends in digitization / IoT and support businesses in growing revenue from products related to these latest trends.
• Lead the team effectively, build cross skilling and develop them through projects of varying degree of complexity.

What You Need to Succeed
