Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Product Engineering, CAD/CAE.
• Strong mechanical design, simulation, CAE, and system engineering.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
