Job summary

Tofflon India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a field service engineer to service and commission pharmaceutical filling machines at customer sites across India.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and automation issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support trials and validations with customers and internal teams. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer communication, and a willingness to travel extensively across PAN India, including overseas assignments as

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing/commissioning pharmaceutical filling machines.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge in mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
• Experience in aseptic/sterile filling equipment will be an advantage.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience in pharmaceutical equipment or machinery industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical filling machines at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for filling equipment.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and automation-related issues.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve equipment-related problems.
• Support machine trials, validation and performance testing.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper service documentation.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams for complex issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers when required.
• Travel to customer sites across India and overseas, based on business requirements.
