Job summary

Detroit Engineered Products (DEP) in Chennai is seeking an experienced ED Designer - II to contribute to interior and exterior trim components. You will leverage CATIA V5/V6 to design, model, and document parts, working from concept through release.

Candidates should have BE/ME in mechanical/automobile/production/plastics and 4–8 years of related experience, with hands-on development of interior parts, GD&T, and 2D/3D drawings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Understanding of GD&T and capability to create 2D/3D drawings.
• Hands-on involvement in interior parts design and development.

• Ability to work /handle parts & interior commodity Independently.
• Able to interact, analyze and create parts as per design Rules & requirements.
