Job summary

2coms is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technical IT projects and Managed Services engagements in Gurugram on-site.

You will drive governance, SLA/KPI adherence, and coordinate cross-functional engineering and business teams to ensure quality, scope control and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical project delivery, strong client governance, and proven ability to manage budgets, risks and stakeholders across large enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Delivery / Project Management / Program Management / Managed Services.
• Strong experience managing enterprise technical projects and client engagements.
• Hands-on experience with project governance, SLA/KPI, resource and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master / ITIL certifications preferred.
• Cloud/DevOps exposure is an added advantage.
