Job summary

2coms is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for Water & Wastewater Treatment in Chennai. You will design STP, ETP and WTP systems, perform hydraulic and mass-balance calculations, and prepare PFDs and P&IDs for greenfield, brownfield or greyfield projects.

The role requires hands-on experience with MBR, MBBR, SBR and various membrane technologies, with exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles from design to commissioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on process design experience in STP/ETP/WTP projects.
• Must have designed at least one 20 MLD or higher capacity plant.
• Hands-on experience with MB R, MBBR & SBR.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations, mass balance, and process sizing.
• Independent preparation of PFDs, P&IDs & process design reports.
• Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield or Greyfield projects.
• Full process design lifecycle exposure: Design Engineering Optimization Commissioning.
• Knowledge of UF, RO, ASP, DAF, Electrocoagulation and membrane technologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as BioWin, Bentley, WAVE, IMS.
