Qualifications

• 5-9 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management.
• Mandatory industry experience: QSR / Food / Restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience managing Zomato, Swiggy, EazyDiner, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong experience in restaurant marketing, promotional campaigns, branding, and customer engagement.
• Good communication, coordination, vendor, and agency management skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, ROI, and business data.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and marketing reporting tools.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive from the QSR, Food, or Restaurant industry to manage digital marketing, branding, promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and third-party food delivery platforms.

The role will focus on increasing brand visibility, customer reach, customer engagement, and business growth across restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

• Manage social media and digital marketing activities.
• Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and promotions.
• Monitor engagement, reach, campaign performance, and digital growth.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across channels.

Branding, Creative & PR

• Coordinate advertisements, menu cards, packaging, promotional creatives, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support PR activities, brand activations, promotions, and new restaurant/brand launches.

Food Platform Management

• Manage third-party platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, EazyDiner, and similar platforms.
• Manage restaurant listings, promotions, visibility, customer reviews, and platform performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, orders, and sales.

Marketing Planning & Reporting

• Execute marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and competitor activities.
• Prepare MIS, marketing reports, and market insights.
• Support new restaurant/brand launches and business growth initiatives.

Requirements
